Welcome reception |
| The Municipality of Leiden is committed to supporting congress organization in our city. Hosting a welcome reception at City Hall with the mayor or deputy mayor's welcome is a possibility. If interested, we can explore this option, although approval ultimately rests with the municipality. |

After your conference, we would love to hear from you how you have experienced the event. We hope that it has been a tremendous success.
